Spotted a misattributed employer, wrong location, or duplicate? Send the activity number and what looks off. We re-sync the index daily, but the underlying OSHA data can have inconsistencies — we appreciate the help.

Filing an OSHA complaint

We don’t issue inspections — we only index them. If you need to report unsafe workplace conditions, file a confidential complaint directly with OSHA at osha.gov/workers/file-complaint or call 1-800-321-OSHA. See our full reporting guide.
